We provide our technicians with the best equipment and training to ensure our work is carried out to exacting standards. As part of our customer commitment we installed the latest in Chassis Dyno technology from Mustang.

Our Mustang Chassis Dyno was made to our own specification in the USA and then transported to our Dover facility (Jnct 15 M20) where it was installed in its own ‘workshop’. The Dyno was recessed into the floor of the workshop allowing very low cars access with ease. This is a valuable tool to allow us to gain maximum performance from your vehicle, in a ‘safe’ environment.

The mustang Dyno is capable of accurately measuring 4wd/2wd wheel horsepower up to 1600bhp. In addition to measuring horse power we use the Dyno to simulate road conditions for the accurate mapping of aftermarket ECU’s from AEM, Motech, Apexi and GReddy. We measure:

• RPM
• Air/Fuel Ratio
• Boost Pressure
• Inlet temperatures & Exhaust Temperature
• Exhaust Gases HC,O2,CO,CO2,NOx
• Inbuilt Weather Station provides Automatic compensation for barometric pressure, temperature, relative humidity etc.

Dyno Days

We are an active part of the car enthusiast community, and are frequent hosts to some of the biggest car clubs in the UK. We provide the Dyno and skilled operators, to allow the clubs to run their own Dyno shootouts, running up to 25 cars in a single day > Please contact us to arrange your ‘group discount’!

Dyno Hire

Our Dyno is regularly used by the Europe’s top names in tuning; a recent example was the mapping of the ‘Fuujin’ R33 Drag Skyline of Sumo Power. Previous users of our facility were HKS USA, HKS Europe and DoLuck Japan.
